WHAT WAS THAT

1) The Scandi Noir setup was a bit laboured, I thought. Not bad, just a bit slow and over-egged.
2) From when we met Ribbons(?) onward it was a lot more entertaining
3) The basic premise was neat but I do think there was a lot of guesswork that just happened to be right
4) The frog on the chair is both the best and worst thing this series has done for years. It was brilliant in its terribleness. I am in awe of the sheer balls of thinking they could get away with it
5) When it rains those speakers would break
6) What was the girl supposed to do when she ran out of food
7) I could have lived without her disability giving her the magical ability to detect fake mothers. The ep didn't lean too heavily on the trope, but it was still there
8) I was RIGHT to fear moths when I was a kid
9) A FROG ON A CHAIR
10) The only thing surprising about the Ryan / Graham subplot was that it happened an episode before we all predicted it would after episode 1. That's... something?
11) It reminded me of Amy's Choice but it was better because THERE WAS A FROG ON A CHAIR
