I did two more GOUSTO meals. Yesterday I did "pulled" chicken burger. I have learnt the following things:

"Pulling" is done with two forks, not the fingers
Salad is actually both easy and edible if the lettuce is a "little gem" and if you mix white wine vinegar and olive oil together to make the dressing-me-do.
You can make potato wedges by "trivialpursuit"ing some potatoes and putting them skins down on a baking tray. I don't know why I thought it was more complicated than that.

So yeh that was pretty good. Then JUST NOW I made a risotto with fish fillets. This is where the TAPENADE comes in. It is capers (I did not know what these are) and black olives and more olive oil because the GOUSTO people are obsessed with olive oil, if fact I ran out and need to go to a SHOP to purchase more. I know now that risotto is easy, it's pretty much just stock + weird rice. With hindsight I should have flaked up the basa fillets and folded them in at the last minute because basa is a bland rather pathetic looking fishy. Anyway that is what I have done with the leftovers. Now I am going to look up capers on the INTERNET.
